How to recover ubuntu Desktop when ubuntu is running low on graphics:

If we try to log in ubuntu but it displays message:
Ubuntu is running low on graphic.
Then there is no need to panic,Follow the following procedure:
1) Click cancel option when the ubuntu is running low on graphics appear.
2) Console mode will be opened.
3) They will ask for username and password.
4) Then check that your computer is attached to internet.
5) Then type sudo tasksel and their will be option ubuntu Desktop.
6) press space key, then asterisk (*) will appear.
7) Then do ok and processes will take place.
8)Then restart the system.
9) After sometime our Desktop will appear and ubuntu will be working fine.

 

How to open .rpm files:

You need alien to convert .rpm to .deb.

1.) sudo apt-get install alien
2.) sudo alien name_o_file.rpm

This will convert your RPM to a DEB and then you can install the deb with:

3.) sudo dpkg -i name_o_file.deb
